Normally, visitors are welcome to tour the plant during the festival but the tours will not be held because of the pandemic. Nachitos was incredibly busy the day that we visited - the day of the Minco Honey Festival. Minco is home to the largest honey plant in the state. Its the 30th year for the event, always held on the first Saturday in December. These albums all had songs or moments that shaped me as a musician.
